What does ikigai mean? Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means your 'reason for being. ' 'Iki' in Japanese means 'life,' and 'gai' describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life purpose or your bliss.

Made using a slab building technique in Oatmeal and White Earthenware clay and finished with a high gloss transparent glaze to show the distinctive pattern of the clay.

We create the "space" pattern by mixing smaller pieces of each colour and kneading it to create a smaller marble pattern.  

The nature of our making process means that each and every piece is unique and designs, colour, the contrast of tones, and patterns may vary.

Care: The mug is dinnerware safe but needs to be taken care of, he doesn't like being stacked or hung from the handle. We recommend handwashing. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
