Returns & Delivery Charges

DELIVERY 

General Delivery Cost Information

Our delivery charges are based on the actual costs of shipping the items and we regularly review these charges to ensure we secure the best rates possible. Some of our more bespoke or larger items, such as lamps, vases, and mirrors, can be heavy or bulky, which may result in higher delivery costs. Rest assured, we do not profit from delivery fees; they are solely to cover the cost of shipping.

The delivery costs shown below apply to our main tableware, candles, and smaller items. Delivery costs for other items will be displayed at checkout or we will create a bespoke postal charge depending the order and the delivery address. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re always happy to help.

Shipping - UK 

Shipping within the United Kingdom is handled by Royal Mail with a tracked 24 signed service or DPD on a tracked, signed-for service.

Your tracking number will be emailed if you’ve provided an email, and you can track your shipping via the courier. You can also have it redirected, change the delivery date and with Royal Mail have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

Delivery is normally within 24 hours but slightly longer when orderd over the weekend. If you haven’t received your item and need help, please email hello@henryhollandstudio.com

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and size of the order.

Orders over a value of £150 are eligible for free shipping. 

Shipping - EU 

Shipping to the EU - we DHL on a tracked, signed-for service.

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and size of the order and will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery is normally within 2-4 business days. If you haven’t received your item and need help, please email hello@henryhollandstudio.com and we can help. Please provide your order number or address so we can assist you quickly.

Shipping to North America we use DHL on a tracked, signed-for service

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and size of the order.

Delivery is normally within 2-4 business days. If you haven’t received your item and need help, please email hello@henryhollandstudio.com and we can help. Please provide your order number or address so we can assist you quickly.

Any customs & duties are to be paid by the customer.

We're open Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm only. 

We are 5 minutes from either Hackney Central or Hackney Downs

Sadly, we're not currently set-up to shop at the studio so its collection only. Your order will be carefully wrapped and bagged ready for you. 

Returned Packages and Re-Delivery:
Orders returned to us because you've missed the delivery will be assumed as unwanted and we will cancel and refund the order minus any shipping charge.  There may be additional shipping charges for orders you've requested to have redelivered.

 

RETURNS

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you have received an item(s) that have broken while being shipped or have arrived with a fault we require you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we won't be held responsible after the 48 hours. Please email us at hello@henryhollandstudio.com with photos plus your order number and address. 

We’ll try our best to replace the item(s), but if we don’t have stock, we can either issue a refund or if possible we can remake the item - Items that need to be remade will take approximately three weeks.

We don’t require damaged goods to be returned.

Depending on the photos and or reason we might require you to return the item(s) for us to further understand the issues raised. 

Returns will be processed within 7 working days, this may take longer during busy periods.

If the item is faulty and All our items are handmade in our studio and they are to be treated with extreme care. We advise hand washing everything in warm to cold water to avoid cracking, and crazing and to prevent items from leaking or breaking. Therefore, we won’t accept liability for a refund or exchange after 28 days unless the item has a fault.

Custom or personalised made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or develop a reasonable fault within 6 months. 

Unwanted Items:

We hope you love your item(s) as much as we love making them. However, if you have changed your mind and would like to return your piece then please email us at hello@henryhollandstudio.com within 14 days of receiving the order, please provide your order number and or address so we can assist you quicker. You have 14 days from notifying us to return the item.

The nature of our making process means that each and every piece is unique, and the colours, the contrast of tones and especially the pattern in each piece will vary and won’t be considered faults.

Return Charge:

We don’t currently offer free returns for unwanted items, and we require customers to pay for the return shipping.  The order remains the customer’s responsibility until we receive it back to us so we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance. Royal Mail have either a tracked 24 or 48 service that includes a level of insurance. 

Our delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.  

Returning from overseas? Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free returns and cannot refund the price of your return. If your item is damaged or faulty please get in touch with us at hello@henryhollandstudsio.com so we can assist you further, please provide photos of your item(s) and your order number or address so we can assist you quickly.
