Refund policy
We really hope you love your pieces as much as we love making them. However if for any reason you would like to return your piece then please email us at hello@henryhollandstudio.com within 14 days of receiving and we will provide the full details of how to do so.
As most pieces are made to order we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be dispatched before the 4-6 week lead time but we will do our best to beat that.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
We won't refund made-to-order or custom pieces unless it breaks within 28 days or arrives broken.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel an order placed on the Website within 14 days of receipt of your order and your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods. For more information on your statutory rights, we recommend that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of this decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, contact details, and details of the order you wish to cancel.
